Inspiron desktop case swap
proprietary dell motherboard in standard microATX case
project continuing
none of the dell mobo mounting holes match standard
not to mention
front IO proprietary
power switch
no detachable back IO shield
psu Dell TFX not easily mountable in standard case
but it is still doable
and it allows a standard size ATX psu plus adapter

really dislike and disdain the Dell small Inspiron case that has a clam shell hdd odd bay and very limited depth of case. not to mention flimsy cheap metal panel and convoluted oem front bezel design.
