Inspiron desktop 3880 turns on and then shuts down. Installed new power unit. Green light on back.

We have an Inspiron 3880 desktop. The green light on the back comes on, sounds like it is starting up, can hear the fan running, fires up briefly, and then turns off, shuts down. Put a new power unit in, hoping that was the issue. What else can we do?
