Inspiron 7790 AIO Webcam Stops working shortly after calls start

I have a Dell Inspiron 7790 AIO running windows 11 (22H2) that is having issues with the webcam cutting out in the middle of calls and then refusing to work again until the system is rebooted. The system has all of the latest drivers and bios from the Dell Support site and I have tried reinstalling the applications (teams, zoom) that have the most issues. When the camera stops working it stops in all apps including the windows camera app. I have tried uninstalling the device in device manager as well as disabling and re-enabling. It is a Realtek camera. I can't think of much else to try aside from a clean install of windows which I was hoping to avoid at this point if possible.
