Inspiron 7700 AIO, second monitor display issue after last Dell update
I have been using my old Sony Vaio computer as a second monitor without issue for the last couple of years. Last week, there was an update I believe from Dell and now the second monitor display has issues. The Windows no longer fits the screen. It cuts off the bottom task bar and all sides when an application is maximized. In addition, the picture quality is horrible. It's sort of pixilated and the colors are harsh, almost like it lost color variation. Text is blurry. I checked and the driver for that monitor is up to date (Intel Iris Xe Graphics). I even uninstalled the driver and restarted Windows. I am running Windows 10 on Inspiron 7700 AIO. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There was no recent driver update for Intel XE driver. But, there is a new driver update for NVIDIA GeForce MX 330. If your Inspiron has discrete graphics, go to the driver properties and roll back driver to see that can fix the issue.
If it does not fix problem, you can download and reinstall the GeForce MX driver again to see if it might help to resolve the display issue. When run the new driver installation, select custom and advance to see the option box for clean installation (it will remove previous video driver).
