I have an Inspiron 620s. It is 10-year-old, and it was come with the window 7 and recently I have upgraded it to windows 10.

I want to upgrade by processor from Intel Pentium G630 to Intel core I5 3470, but it needed a bios update, so I downloaded the bios utility file "MS-A08.exe" from the dell website, but it is not opening only yes, or no popup is coming do you want to execute this file after clicking yes then nothing coming, and file is not starting also. And I also try the MS-DOS method, but it is showing the "opensfx err: signature sfx mismatched".

My only guess is that the download was corrupted, try it again or check the hash to be sure.
