You will need to call Dell support with verification of ownership. Note that there will be a cost for the call since the system is long out of warranty. This is assuming it's a notebook computer (there was an inspiron 5559).
If it's truly a desktop system, post the correct model number -- there are ways to reset a desktop's password that can't be employed on a notebook computer.
