Inspiron 5680, upgrades that would help with gaming?
Inspiron 5680
I have had this PC for a long time and I really enjoy it but I use it mainly for gaming and I havent had problems till now with it crashing and not being able to run games. I have done only one upgrade to it so far and it is RAM. Instead of the base 8 that it comes with I have upgraded it to 32. Does anyone know what else I can upgrade it with?

What version of Windows?
When it "crashes" do you get an error message? Exactly what does it say?
Any signs PC is overheating?
Have you run the hardware diagnostics? Reboot and tap F12 when you see the Dell screen. Select the option to run diagnostics and run all of them, especially full RAM and drive tests. This can take a long time, so be patient. Copy/post error messages, if any.
Which video card do you have?
How many internal drives? Is the boot drive a HDD or an (M.2) SSD? Does boot drive need to be defragged (do not defrag an SSD).

Windows 11
No I get Zero Error message just freeze frames and then instantly shuts the game off
No signs that I can see of it Overheating
NVIDIA GTX 1050
I have defragged and nothing of that nature is fixing
SSD and Its whatever comes with this computer which I think is just 1.
I will run diagnosticis and reply to this with anything it says.

Does PC stop working and you have to force-reboot, or only the game crashes?
Which NVidia driver version do you have? Is it a "Game Ready" or "Studio" driver? There have been reports of the most recent NVidia driver(s) causing freezes.
Look at Windows Update history and see if an NVidia driver got installed around the time the freezes started.
Open Windows Event Viewer and look for an error message around the time of the last freeze which might point you at the cause. Also look in Windows Reliability Monitor and see if it logged an error around time of a freeze.

By any chance is your 5680 from 2018? Replace the size 2032 CMOS battery. They're good around 5 years - name brand that is, like Energizer or Duracell. I had crashes myself with a bad battery. If by chance that doesn't work, you might also try: How to Perform a BIOS or CMOS Reset and Clear the NVRAM on Dell Computers
I know, lots of questions... Are you getting crashes just during certain games or all of them?
Have you tried a different GPU? Possibly time to upgrade if it's not handling more demanding games.(?)
You said you defragged. Defragged the SSD? That's a 'no' that can be Googled as to why. In short, it uses up too many writes on the SSD and SSD's don't need defragmenting.
