user who have non-Dell AMD AM4 board can use these Dell oem coolers too. standard AMD air cooler is clip on bracket. no heatsink mounting screws. quite different from Intel. liquid cooler uses screws.
The AM4 socket specifies the 4 holes for fastening the heatsink to the motherboard to be placed in the corners of a rectangle with a lateral length of 54×90 mm.
Previous sockets have 48×96 mm: The 4 holes for fastening the heatsink to the motherboard are placed in a rectangle with lateral lengths of 48 mm and 96 mm for AMD's sockets Socket AM2, Socket AM2+, Socket AM3, Socket AM3+

Optiplex 740 was the other one I was trying to think of. Probably more Dell's with AMD than we'll ever know.
