Inspiron 5490 AIO
I recently upgraded my internet service. If I connect directly into the internet, I get over 1000mbps; however, if I connect via wifi my download speed drops down to about 325mbps. I contacted my internet provider, and they say it is my computer, not the service. I have run all the diagnostics and updated all my drivers. Can I purchase an upgrade to my computers Wi-Fi adapter? If yes, where do I do that and what do I need to purchase?

Which WiFi card do you have in this AIO, Intel 9462, or Intel AX200 ? What frequency are you using, 2.4 or 5 GHz? And how is it configured, assuming you're using 2.4 GHz, WiFi a/b/g or WiFi n? Or, WiFi ac if using 5 GHz?
If you have the Intel 9462 WiFi card, the specs say its transfer rate is "Up to 433 Mbps", so 325 Mbps is ~75% of theoretical max, which isn't bad. Moving router closer to PC might help, and/or try 5 GHz which should be faster.
If you have the Intel AX200, WiFi speed is "Up to 2400 Mbps".
You could update to a faster WiFi card, but that assumes your router can handle higher speeds. What speeds does the router support on 2.4 and 5 GHz?
The AIO has a standard M.2 slot for WiFi/Bluetooth card. You'd have to open the case, disconnect antenna cables, remove WiFi card, install new card and reconnect antenna cables.
But you need to know your router's capabilities before buying a new card. No point buying a faster WiFi card if the router can't handle the speed. Or, you'd have to replace the router too...
As an easier alternative, you could simply disable the internal WiFi card in Device Manager and plug in a USB>WiFi dongle that's faster, but again assuming the router can handle faster speeds. Downside, you tie up a USB port on the AIO...
