Inspiron 5400 AOI Windows 11 - Trying to revert to a point on a USB recovery thumb drive.

On an Inspiron 5400 AOI, I created a recovery USB thumb drive that I want to revert to, not a total beginning system.  I did a Restart, interrupted with F12 to get to Windows Boot Manager, selected what I believe was my USB (only non NIC option), then selected US keyboard.

Found the next options confusing and went through several times, being able to back out to Windows 11.  Eventually I found what I think (hope) looks like correct option hoping for verification her before I proceed. What I arrived at is Troubleshoot - Advanced Options -

Systems Image Recovery: Recover Windows using a specific system image file.

I hope someone here can inform me if that is the choice to take me back to the system state when I created the recovery drive.
