Inspiron 3891 fan replacement

Hello.  I got the Inspiron 3891 with the GTX 1650 super. I’m not the most tech savvy guy around but I am thinking about replacing the cpu fan as well as placing an intake fan at the front and an exhaust fan at the back.  My question is what is the motherboard fan header can supply?  Is it up to 1a? I’ve pasted the links to the splitter and fans I would be using.  If I’m understanding the fan power draw it’s .06A so it would be able to support the three fans?  Thanks for the help! As a note, I don’t plan on running aggressive setting on this and really on plan on playing games like Age of Empires 4.
