Inspiron 3670
I have two dell monitors and only one HDMI port. I connect one monitor to HDMI and it works. I connect the other monitor using VGA port. The monitor plugged in HDMI says no signal and the monitor with VGA works. Why does HDMI monitor say no signal? The graphics card is the original that came with Inspiron 3670

3670 integrated video has HDMI and VGA. Is this what you are plugging into?

you should have video on both video ports on the back panel. note this is not a discrete video card. It is the onboard video port
if you can only get one monitor signal on the VGA port, go inside dev mgr > display adapter to make sure you have the Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver without error sign
also note if you try hot plug monitors into PC video ports while PC is on, it is not recommended and the ports may behave strangely. try plug both monitors when PC is powered off, then power on pc. During POST, it is normal to see video only on VGA monitor. After PC boots into Windows, you should have video on both HDMI and VGA connected monitors.

Re: The graphics card is the original that came with Inspiron 3670
There are multiple options for graphics cards at purchase configurations. Verify with your system original configurations or checking the lower back of the tower to see if more connectors for graphics card you may have.
If a system has add-on discrete graphics, it's necessary to select proper video option in BIOS settings to allow access to all video ports.
