Unfortunately 3668 can not be upgraded to support Intel 8th gen cpu to officially meet Win 11 cpu requirement.

Can I upgrade hardware (i.e. motherboard and/or CPU) for my 3668 to make it Windows 11 compatible?

As redxps mentioned, the 3668 only takes 6th or 7th gen CPU.
The MB is proprietary and can't be upgraded.
There's a few methods for installing Win11 on it anyway and bypassing the hardware requirement. I haven't done it myself. So look online for a method you''d me comfortable with. You could probably even find a YouTube video.
