They wont be around long but a 1660 is what I would use along with the optional 365w power supply.

GT730 is very old and very slow. DELL XFDRD

Quadro K2200 B07CSDCQW4 would be the next level up 4 gig card that's not crazy expensive and works fine with stock 290W power.

RTX 3060 TI etc is still $600.

@speedstep Thanks for the information and the link I posted actually refers to a post that you had replied to. I am wondering, as to the reply you posted in that link, would you still recommend the GT 1030?

GT1030 depends on budget as they are still scalping these at 2X actual value.GMNNC Quadro K2200 is a better value with 4 gigs vram in the lower tier of affordability. That's sitting where the GT1030 used to be years ago.  If anyone purchased a GT1030 back when they were under $100 I know they are thanking me now.

If price is not an issue then the RTX 2060 is a better deal in the $300 to $400 range.

Updated 365w power is not required for K2200 but IS required for 75W cards or higher.

Moddiy  CAB359 adapter is recommended for non dell PSU like the EVGA 700BR EVGA-100-BR-0700-K1 B07DTP6MWS.

moddiy CAB359  24 to 8 Pin Adapter

All the parts migrate without issue to newer more upgradeable model like the Precision 3620 B09YMPV7RN

You can fully trick out the 3620 into a full blown Gamer Rig.

This is the way I go now keeping the Old stuff so that I can resell the old unit working fine in the original case. So my clients, friends and family get a fully upgrade able, serviceable unit.

Another Gotcha to avoid like the plague is DDR4 versions of the GT1030 which are HORRIBLE cards not worth even $1.

The other bane of my existence is the FAKE GT1030 1050TI 1060 cards.

Yes that's the recommended k2200 dell version. XFDRD works well and not crazy expensive.

No quality or functionality lost when display port to HDMI is used.

What improvements is there over my present gt730 graphics card?

I assume my power supply won't be powerfull enough for the other card i put up?

Maxwell Quadro K2200 /GTX 750 TI has 300 percent
better memory bandwidth, 400 percent more ROPS  than the Fermi/Kepler GeForce GT 730 that is over 11 years old now. Its 2022 now not 2010 Directx 11 and 12 are standard now not Directx 9 and 10 Vista / WIN7.
96 shaders   vs     640 shaders
DDR3 vs GDDR5

Its not even close to ok GT730 is horrible at best.

The other reason K2200 is recommended is that maxwell is more powerful but uses MUCH LESS Power than the previous Fermi generation meaning its a 40W card so it works with stock 290W power supply just fine.
