Inspiron 3480 AIO only starts with F12 and selecting the Windows Boot Manager
Inspiron 3480 AIO
This Inspiron 3480 AIO won't boot by itself. If you press the power button and wait it ends up with a white BIOS window stating the boot device cannot be found.
The only way I've found to boot it is to press F12 during POST and select "Windows Boot Manager"
-Secure boot is enabled
-UEFI is selected
-turning off secure boot and enabling legacy boot and making the SSD the first boot drive fails. It restarts and just tries to boot from network
IF it helps, there's a possibility it started after cloning the original hdd to an SSD, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
thanks in advance for any help

There are two options you may attempt. Performing the cloning again, be sure to remove the original drive prior to boot up the new SSD. Or, performing a clean installation of Windows on the new SSD. In either cases, do not run the system with two bootable drives at any time.
