Inspiron 3030 with the i7 14700 CPU. Worried about buying.

My inspiron 3650 will not be eligible for the Windows 11 OS so I'm Thinking of purchasing the Inspiron 3030 with the i7-14700 CPU but understand there are industry wide problems with that CPU. Will this problem have been fixed if I purchase soon and will it come with an updated BIOS which is supposed to clear the problem if the i7 14700 has not been fixed?
