Inspiron 3030 stuck on Dell logo with RX 6400
I just installed an RX 6400 into my Inspiron 3030 minitower but I can't get past the Dell logo. I've tried the usual method of switching secure boot off but that doesn't fix anything. The card runs and I'm pretty sure it's a BIOS issues but not sure of a solution.
I should point out I've also upgraded the power supply so I know that isn't an issue either.

can you get video from the onboard video port while RX6400 is installed and secure boot is on (or off?)
try boot into Windows if you can POST via onboard video, enter dev mgr to look for a second display adapter if present. try install AMD driver for RX6400 if a second display adapter is found (no matter what it is called).

@redxps630 I was able to boot via onboard but no secondary display adapter was present. It detects the AMD card in BIOS but not in Windows.

That means you need to run Windows 11 update to find the card and install driver for it. Since bios detects the card, I bet the card is assigned to an unknown device in dev manager. Let Win 11 run its update. in this day we common users are resigned to let AI do its job.
I recall another user had similar experience and eventually solved issue through update. the report was a Windows "glitch"

@redxps630 No lucks so far, Windows 11 found no new updates that were needed. Very strange conundrum of seeing the AMD device in BIOS but not in Windows. Card runs perfectly fine in my old Inspiron 3670.
