Inspiron 3030 Desktop - Alternate Mode DP 1.2

Is it possible to add a USB-C card that supports Alternate Mode DP 1.2 or higher on my Inspiron 3030 Desktop?

I bought a Dell Inspiron 3030 Desktop with a NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050 8GB GDDR6 from Costco.  There is only one USB-C port in the front of the desktop and it doesn't appear to support Alternate Mode DP 1.2 so that I can use it using the Thunderbolt port in my new Dell U4025QW monitor.
