Inspiron 3020 S - GPU upgrade

I have a Inspiron 3020 S and want to upgrade the graphics card as my son is keen to play F1 2025 when it comes out and I'm looking for some advice.

Having looked at the options there really isn't a card that is powerful enough and fits as standard in this PC because it's small form. Also the PSU isn't powerful enough.

The only way, other than getting a new PC, I can see to resolve this is to upgrade the PSU and possibility look at fitting a full size graphics card and making adjustments to the case to allow it to fit. I'm just wondering if anyone has done anything like this before? If not what are the options for upgraded PSU's that fit this machine, it need to be 450 watts or more.
