Hey y'all. I am new to the world of PCs and I have the Inspiron 3020 with the 180w PSU. I was wondering if I upgrade the PSU to a 550w, could I also upgrade from the integrated graphics card to a gtx3050?

Specifically, I want to get the Corsair cx550w to be able to have the Geforce RTX 3050 8gb.
