Inspiron 27 7730 All-in-One, integrated IR Camera not working with Windows Hello

After performing a clean installation of Windows 11, Windows Hello facial recognition no longer functions. The system's camera operates correctly for general use (e.g., the Camera app), but during Windows Hello setup, it fails to capture or save facial data.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Installed the following drivers from Dell's support page:
    • Intel Chipset Device Software
    • Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
    • Intel Serial IO Driver
  2. Verified that both "Integrated Webcam" and "Integrated IR Webcam" appear in Device Manager.
  3. Disabled the standard webcam to force Windows Hello to use the IR camera; Windows Hello then reports no compatible camera found.
  4. Noted that the IR camera uses a generic "USB Video Device" driver.
  5. Attempted to update the IR camera driver manually; no alternative or compatible drivers were found.
  6. Ran Dell Command | Update; it reported all drivers are up to date.

I am seeking help find the correct IR camera driver or any necessary software that enables Windows Hello facial recognition functionality on my system. Prior to the clean install, Windows Hello operated without issues. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
