When I connect in HDMI IN mode the camera on top of AIO is not getting detected? Is there any update on this?

The camera is controlled by driver installed to the Inspiron. When you use HDMI-in, you turned the Inspiron into a monitor mode only.
You need to use the camera trolled by the computer/laptop connected to the HDMI-in.
