After exactly 12 hours the desktop starts having problems. 12 hours after a power on, restart, or just a sign-in. Frist thing I notice is that when clicking the power "button" I get "There are currently no power options available". Also opening a tab on Chrome fails with a crash. As more time goes by the desktop starts to become more unstable. I do Ctrl-Alt-Del and "signout". I sign back in and everything is fine for another 12 hours. All hardware and software is up to date. I have tried several things like remove all devices from USB and stop any applications that I run. If I run SFC I get 3 Bluetooth drivers that might be corrupted. I have Bluetooth disabled. This started about 4 months ago.

It could be corrupt Windows files, or possibly a memory leak. Have you tried backing up your drive and then clean install Windows on a formatted drive. If all goes well then you have at least possibly a starting point to diagnose the problem.

@JOcean Don't rally want to try that. Very disruptive. I may try creating a 2nd user and see if it occurs there as well.
