Inspiron 27 7710 AIO, junk, awful support

I have had issues with the Dell Inspiron 27 7710 AIO since the first week I got it. The unit goes to the dreaded blue screen EVERYDAY. Windows freeze up at random, speakers stop working, Outlook takes THREE minutes to load, and on and on and on. Now they are telling me I am past the point in which I can send the unit back for refund. Furthermore, as of today, they claim the issue is software related and that I need to pay them to troubleshoot. Screen shot attached is the "Problem History" clearly showing multiple issues with the HARDWARE. So after I have spent numerous hours of my own time I now have to pay someone to attempt to fix it, on top of it all.

Exactly what do the BSODs say?

Might help if you tell us the specs:

  1. CPU
  2. Amount of RAM
  3. Touch screen, or not
  4. SSD and/or HDD
  5. What else is plugged into the AIO

Also, open Windows Event Viewer and find the entries for the corresponding errors listed in Reliability Monitor. That might help point at the component(s) having a problem.

Try replacing or test the motherboard battery and go from there.  Should be 3v.
