Inspiron 24 5415 All-in-One, internet connection issue, power on issue
I brought a Dell Inspiron 24 5415 All-in-One direct from Dell on January 31, 2024. It has now developed a fault were it say's it has no internet connection when it has, and also has a problem when switching on. When I run the system it states that the MEDIA TEK Wi- Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN CARD is in Default, also references REALTEK PCle GbE Family Controller.
Can you please inform me asap how and when you will fix my computer? Has I cannot be without it. Can I say how disappointed I am with Dell computers has I would have thought it would have lasted a lot longer than 10 months before breaking down.

Presume you're trying to use a WiFi connection to the router, correct?
What does this mean: "has no internet connection when it has". How do you know it has an internet connection or are you just assuming it has a connection?
Open Device Manager and see if your MEDIA TEK Wi- Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN CARD is listed. Is it marked with either a ? or ! ? Does DM give you an error code?
While in DM, click View>Show hidden, then look everywhere in DM for any "Unknown" device. If you find any, right-click and Uninstall. Then click Action>Scan for hardware changes. See if WiFi is working now.
Did a BIOS update get installed right before this problem started? What version of BIOS is installed? BIOS 1.23.1 is the latest.
Did you run the Windows Network troubleshooter? Search for troubleshooters and run the one for Network problems.
Is Bluetooth still working on this PC?
Do other devices on your network still have access to the internet?
Did you try rebooting your router?
