Insipron 3030 How to disable front jack detection?

Just got an Insipron 3030 desktop which has Cirrus Logic sound chip.

When I plug in the head phones it disables the other audio’s, hdmi and line out. Is there any way to disable the front jack detection so that I can have the headphones plugged in and still have hdmi and line out audio?

Because it has the Cirrus Logic sound it seems that I can’t install the realtek drivers or audio manager which seems to be the usual way to do it.
