I want to upgrade my psu for my Dell inspiron 3020

Hi I’m looking to upgrade my psu for my dell inspiron 3020. It only has 180 watts and I want to put a rx 6800xt inside of it. Is there any psu that could be sued for this gpu and what adapters would I need?
