The only way to do that is if it has an HDMI or DP input port. Usually AIO's have only output video ports for a 2nd monitor.

Using Dell Inspiron 27 All-In-One EC27250 as an example, simply connecting HDMI cable from your desktop, laptop's HDMI port to the AIO's HDMI-in, port #2 as pictured below. Then toggle the AIO monitor mode switch, next to power button, and select HDMI input source. The AIO will work as a second monitor. See description below for dual functions of the mode switch button.
