how to install Windows 10 on a Inspiron 5400 with broken screen

R 1/2 screen completely broken 

when doing clean Win 10 install

use mouse to move dialog question from center of screen to the L half working display area.  this works

after install, use voice to interact with Cortana during Win 10 set up stage.  this works too.

note: do not connect to WiFi network at this stage.  I can not do it any way b/c the wifi password input window is on far R side of broken screen

when done, connect AIO to internet using ethernet cable

within 40 sec AIO auto downloads Xe graphics driver which replaces basic Microsoft video driver installed by Win 10.

When Xe is working connect a second monitor to HDMI out.  now use the second monitor as primary monitor in display settings and can connect to Wi Fi now.

with a broken screen can buy replacement screen for 200-250 USD but same fund can be used to purchase a newer better 4k HDMI display 27" better than the Dell 24" display.
