so the bay was designed for a 3.5 media card reader which has spring clamps. those are what I would need for a FDD

Item 5, those pair of screws, does the floppy drive have threaded holes to match the pitch of the screws and then the fixing centres to match the FLEXBAY slot?
Can you clarify Studio SLIM or Desktop?
