Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
What size monitor and what resolution? Is Windows set to use the "recommended" resolution for this monitor on the Windows Display screen?
Where are you seeing those lists? Are they Windows menus or menus (eg, bookmarks) in a browser...?
Click Start>Search>fonts and when you see the results, look on left side for
"Make text size bigger". Click that and when it opens, you can use the Make Text Bigger slider to increase text size. There's also an option to Make Everything Bigger on that screen too, assuming it's set to "recommended" now.
If those lists are in an app or browser, you can probably change the font and its size in that software. But those changes will only be for that specific app, not for everything in Windows.
You can also change the Windows default font to something you prefer, but that requires editing the Registry, so you do this at your own risk...
