help with a Dimension 8400 34 pin front panel header

i have a Dell 0U7077 motherboard and i cant seem to jump it can someone help me

U7077 is a very old dimension 8400 mobo

Card,Planar,Transformer Sky Dive Minitower,DIM8400 MLK.

this is a possible power switch pinout

Pin 20 is power hot and pin 19 is a ground (as in Optiplex 170L)

In Dimension 8400

the power button board is 

Assembly,Panel,Control,W-CBL Transformer Sky Dive Minitower.

this is connected to the front panel board CTRL PNL 15 pin header via a 16 pin cable (the cable is included in Y1224)

the front panel board connects to motherboard via a 34 pin cable

Assembly,Cable,Input/Output, Front,34P,Transformer Sky DiveMinitower.

a 10 pin (6 wire) audio cable goes from front panel board to add in sound card

Dell FIO (08UMD) Ctrl Pnl (control panel) 16 pinout:

Printed Wiring Assembly,Panel I/O,Front,Chassis,SKY.

The control panel is a 16-pin layout with one pin missing in the 1 position.

Power switch (pin 2 hot, pin 3 gnd)
