Have a 200 piece Xool screwdriver set, no bit working on screw head holding in Dell 1707 wireless card on Inspiron 3650
I have an old Inspiron 3650 and I am trying to reseat the wireless card since wireless connections work intermittently in both Windows 10 and Linux Mint -- sometimes I can connect and it works, sometimes it does not. I cannot find a straight answer as to what the matching type and size of screw drive is, but I believe it to be based on what I did find to be a 19DY9 and supposed to take a Torx T5 bit. Either I do not have what would work, or the head is messed up be it from trying to find a match or it was a lemon, rather than a screw to begin with.
This does not seem like a problem that should even exist, at least have the screw driver type and size in the Service Manual.
I cannot imagine being the only one to have this problem and the first to post, but if this has been asked before, I cannot find it. Suggestions?

Unlike HP, Dell in general does not use torx screws in desktop.
The M.2 screw for WiFi card in Dell 3650 is M2X3.5
THRM, PAD/SCR, SSD, 2230

Okay, so it is a 6JPHH. But what screw drive type and size is used on the head of this M2X3.5 screw? It seems that information is nowhere to be found. Tried:
https://www.dell.com/support/search/en-us#q=6JPHH&sort=relevancy&f:iuxType=[Manuals%20%26%20Documentation]&f:langFacet=[en]
Dell Search
various other searches in the last few days on Dell's site, and the hide engines Google and Yandex.

just a small jeweler phillips head screw driver would do. that is what I used most of time to install or uninstall M.2 devices.

As far as the much bigger screws for the case are concerned, Philips #2 fits perfectly. The screw holding in the wireless card is much smaller, and it looks like something much more complicated than Philips. The set has #0000 through #3 and not those or anything else the set has works. It seems either the head or thread is screwed up or some obscure screw drive is used by Dell.

Are you able to shine a strong light on the screw and take a clear close up pic to upload to community?
