• Back up your data immediately if the system still boots.

• Reseat the drive and its connector/cable if it is a SATA drive.

• Run the Dell diagnostics again.

• If the test still fails, replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.

NB: List your licence keys with Belarc Advisor.

@anne_droid​ I had the hard drive replaced by Dell while under warranty about a year and a half ago.  Is this the same hard drive that is failing?  How can I tell which drive needs to be replaced?  I am not that computer savvy so any feedback would be appreciated.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

How many storage devices are there?

There may be a manufacturer (not Dell) set of utilities to do further/deeper tests, BUT you are still in danger of losing DATA.

The Seagate Hard Drive was replaced on 8/1/24 by Dell.
