Inspiron 5675 radeon rx 580 ryzen 7 1700. is there a GPU upgrade for this machine that is actually worth it?

You can compare Inspiron 5675 with Ryzen 7 and RX 580 to systems with different GPUs at userbenchmark.
Keep in mind the stock PSU in Inspiron 5675 is 460 W. That site doesn't mention size of PSU installed in those systems with different GPUs. So just because someone is running a certain card, doesn't mean your PSU can handle it. Be sure to check the recommended PSU size for any retail GPU you might want, and possibly a PSU upgrade.
