Go back to Windows 10 from a new Dell computer with Windows 11

SORRY - I hate Windows 11 - I bought a new Dell with Windows 11 and want to go back to Windows 10.

If the computer was sold with Windows 11, there is no Windows 10 original image to go back to.  You may try to install Windows 10 yourself.  But, it will be end of support in a year and it may not have all support drivers.

To contact Dell support, click on Get Help Now button on lower right of this screen.

It's not said what model Inspiron you have.  Some PC's can no longer run Win10.  Key in your model or service tag (don't post service tag here) and see what operating systems are supported.

If you want to try loading Win10, use a separate SSD to load it on.  If it doesn't work out, you still have your Win11 SSD/HDD.

Use an 8GB or larger flash drive formatted to FAT32 to load Win10 on.  Do this from the Microsoft site and follow the instructions   Then boot from the flash drive to load on an SSD.  SSD highly recommended over HDD.
