FW STATUS RECOVERY ERROR isn't fixed. Need help.

So I went to turn on the Dell Inspiron One 2330 family computer and noticed a different form of blue screen of death when I went on, just as I was going to work on something. Then when I turned it back on the screen showed the words FW STATUS RECOVERY ERROR, so it then took me Windows recovery area (Recovery features that included, System Restore, CMD Prompt, Turn off PC, Restart PC, etc.), to repair it.

I could not get any of them to fix the issue and so the only option was to use the CMD Prompt which that failed.

Does anyone dealt with this issue and what causes it to give me the status error?

Version of Windows?

Are you saying the PC won't boot at all?

This error message has been noted previously on Inspiron 2330. The first thing to do may be to replace motherboard battery.  Read/follow the instructions carefully. After removing the battery, press/hold power button on PC for ~30 sec. Then install a fresh battery, CR2032 coin cell. Be sure to put a clean, soft cloth down before you turn PC over so you don't scratch the LCD panel.

If that doesn't help and PC still boots, try installing the Intel Management Engine driver, assuming you are running either Win 8.1 or Win 10.
