Does Inspirion 3671 support adding a Arc A380
I'm looking to mainly play media files if this works. I'm not sure if this motherboard support rebar? If not, just looking to see if this combo works. Thank you.

Intel Arc A380 is not a tested, validated graphics card for your Inspiron 3671 desktop. See the list of supported video cards below. All of those cards didn't meet requirements for ReBAR. Therefore, no ReBAR supporting for the 3671.
Besides the OEM listed graphics cards, many of slot powered graphics cards will work with this desktop. Any graphics card that requires extra power connector will be depending on the power supply.
The Intel Arc A380 requires an 8-pin power connector, it will not be supported by your system PSU.

@Chino de Oro There's no way to convert to an 8 pin?
Also, are you aware of any AMD cards being supported?
I'd think if I can use the arc card, it would probably be good for media without rebar.

Yes to both. If you have 365w PSU, conversion PCIe connector is possible. Also, there are other AMD being supported. If you have 290w PSU, you may try RX 6400, slot powered.

@Chino de Oro Radeon RX 6400 looks amazing although I like the Intel having AV1 decoding. I also can get an a380 for really cheap.
Unfortunately I think my Inspiron 3671 has a 290 w psu. Do you know if that psu can be converted to 8 pin?

From a 290w PSU= No. For this thread query, your 3671 does not support Arc A380 nor ReBAR.
