but I would wait because both cpu and gpu are depreciating fast as newer gpu come out.

@redxps630 @With the cpu it very good it plays l4f really good and I buy a lot graphics off eBay and there are break 

you need to play at high or medium setting and not ultra.  both cpu i7-3770 and gtx 1650 are getting old.  current intel  is 13/14th and RTX 4000 series.

@redxps630 it the core 2 one that all right in the pc I only want to play older and little bit newer games with bad graphics if you know what I am saying

620 has intel 2nd or 3rd gen cpu, top stock cpu is i7-3770 or i7-2600.  core 2 cpu is for older Inspiron model.

AMD Radeon cards tend to require more power than nvidia at similar spec.  the stock 300w is on the weak side.

it it is up to you/user to decide whether or not to upgrade gpu or how much to invest.  you get what you pay for.  there are cheaper older gpu but the OP is about the “best” gpu for 300w psu.

it is a 75w card and does not need a 6 pin.  the 300w psu is good for it.
