Dell Inspiron PC 3910, 2 amber light no white

3910 is new model likely within warranty, chat w Dell support on line for warranty repair.

So how to fix it? I forgot, I reseat the ram and this problem happens

The blinking patterns consists of 2 sets of numbers. They split into First Group(Amber Blinks), Second Group(Amber Blinks).

• First Group: The Battery LED blinks in Amber for # times then pauses for 1.5 seconds before running the second group.
• Second Group: The Battery LED blinks in Amber For # times then pauses for 3 seconds before running the first group again.

no worry.  if motherboard is original it is still covered by Dell warranty even if not original owner.  as long as no sign of user caused accidents such as liquid spill or physical abuse.

New model but second hand... Most part inside the computer are cheap.. due the original part damaged, say the original owner .

One month ago, the PC had problem after replacing RAM + forgot to remove static

Everytime press power button, it's keep powering off then power on back after 3 seconds and keep repeating forever...

I put my PC under bed for 1 month, I decide to turn it on and the current problem happened.. 

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST:

I realized the RAM was damaged due static (I forgot to discharge static :/)

I replaced the ram into the new ram that I didn't unboxing yet... It's PC1066 RAM, my PC allow PC1666 RAM... So, when I power up the PC, the POST was about 10 seconds longer and then 5 amber light blinking..

What is this?

But the POST was completed.. Dell logo pop up.. It was 10-15 seconds... Suddenly, screen black off and those 5 amber pop up on the power logo.

Those 5 amber blinking in a row super fast.. not 2,3
