Dell inspiron 620 no display with graphics card

you have not ruled out a bad video card. Test it in another pc.  Does it require a 6 or 8 pin supplement power connector, which 620 stock psu doesn’t have?

The model of gpu is not a problem. It does not need a 6 pin.

the fan of gpu works is not proof of a good card.

if you have another simple video card to test 620 and the second card works then there is something wrong w the 1st card or its cable connection to monitor.  Are you using a DP cable bth card and monitor?

iirc 620 has hdmi + vga integrated video port.
make sure you use the same video cable and monitor to test R5 430 n integrated video.  If you swap cable and monitor input, it introduces too many variables to pinpoint the culprit.

The 250w PSU the Inspiron 620 has is sufficient to run the 50w R5 430.
