Dell inspiron 5680 psu upgrade
Hi so I got a inspiron 5680 the specs is a i7 processor, 2 tb hdd, 16gb ram, 460w psu, and a 1060 with a underwhelming 3gb vram.
I have found that that graphics card can't pull most modern games and I was going to upgrade my gpu to something with more vram and better capabilities to go better with the i7 I'm new to pc's I've always been a console gamer I was wondering what some psu recommendations would be nothing crazy and would they be plug and play or would I have to wire stuff up again sorry new to pc gaming thank you for your time

A standard ATX power supply will not be plug and play in most cases.

OP you can replace it with standard ATX psu but pay attention to service manual as the 24/4 pin ATX connectors are attached to quick connect ports so you do not need to directly plug new psu to motherboard
