dell inspiron 3910 keep getting network unstable
While playing games on my PC I get network is unstable, lagging, slow service when connecting with wi-fi or the network goes low/lag when connecting with ethernet. Everything else connected to the network is fine and I have tried other networks that are working fine and I still have the issue.

First guess would be the Wifi adapter. I had an Archer T4e that drove me crazy. Speeds that went from 30MB/s to upper 200 MB/s and that was on a 1 GB line. I upgraded to an AX 210 and now get consistent 950MB/s-1.03 GB/s.

Have you checked the Windows Power settings for WiFi on the Inspiron 3910?
Open the WiFi entry in Device Manager. Click its Power Management tab and uncheck the box "Allow PC to turn off...". Exit DM when done.
Now navigate to the Windows Advanced power settings screen by clicking Start>Run>%windir%\System32\control.exe powercfg.cpl,,1 and click OK. (Yes, there are two commas after cpl, it's not a typo.) You could just copy the command from this post and paste it into the Run box.
On the Advanced screen, set it to Best Performance (aka: High Performance) at the top. Then disable Hybrid Sleep, USB Selective Suspend, and PCI Express Link State Management. Then change Wireless Adapter Settings to Max Performance.
Click Apply on the Advanced screen, then click OK to exit and reboot PC. Does that help?
