Dell inspiron 3880 not turning on

Question

Hi i was trying to troubleshoot my cpu fan because it wasn’t spinning I watch a youtube video and when I tried it a yellow light flashed. I use a screwdriver to like touch then my pc shut down and wont turn on now right on the circle where i put the screwdriver and show a yellow light and I think i broke my computer.

yes it is not a good idea to use metal tool to short circuit component when power is on.  the only pins user can attempt to jump start are the pwr sw +/- header pins.
