As of two weeks ago We have had some machines in our environment start to slow to a crawl because Dell Data manager and Dell Instrumentation have been using all system resources. Even after Deleting Dell Support Assist Dell Data manager is lingering behind consuming system resources. Can some one please help.

I'm getting mad about this problem I also suffer since some months (may or june). Fans continuously runnig at high speed was also very annoying.
I supossed that a software update caused this problem and I tried to solve it, checking Windows updates and Microsoft Defender, or adjusting Windows power configuration menu, without success. Later on I suppossed that maybe MyDELL and Windows energy configuration were competing, so I uninstall MyDell (cause I can't stop Windows to manage power and battery), but nothing improved. I surrended and leaved the problem to try to solve it coming back on september.
This week I spent 2 days of desperation reading a lot and trying many ways. I'm surprised that Dell has this problem identified, BUT THE EXPLANATIONS AND SUPPORT OFFERED IT'S VERY BAD. There is not a page with all the data and suggestiones, links and other stuff, everything gathered in a unique webpage to understand the problem, the way to solve it and follow clear instructions to reach a positive solution. There are many webpages, some not updated (talking about software is no longer available, as PowerManager; etc.) and they have very bad explanations. Even they can suggest you to download drivers and software updates that are not necessary at all, beacuse they are already installed!
I think that, maybe, after many restarts, downloads, uninstalls, verifications of software/hardware, optimisations... I have partially managed the problem. But I don't know exactly how, and I don't have a clear idea about to deal with this in the future. NOW, my PC runs slow, fan runs not quietly but far less loudly than before, CPU is in a reasonable % of use, BUT memory is still at 93% of use... and battery is still suffering and that affects its lifecycle.
This is a very serious problem for us and my conclussion is that DELL offers a very bad service to users.

@JuanO ES I have to correct my previous post: I'M AGAIN STUCK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM !!! Nothing it's being solved, nor the noise, nor the % of memory and CPU used by these two tasks.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, but it's impossible to work with this computer
