Dell Compatible, Windows 11 Graphics Card , 2 Display Ports, $200 or less

Does anyone know of a brand/model graphics card for $200.00 or less that satisfies this requirement?

Windows 11 driver available for download

(2) physical DisplayPorts (not 1 physical port that is dual mode for daisy chaining)

Screen resolutions needed:

Monitor1: 2560 x 1440 at 60Hz

Monitor2: 1920 x 1200 at 60Hz

Compatible with a Dell Inspirion 3020 or XPS8960.

Runs quiet and cool.  Low power demands.

Needed for home office desktop.  Not for gaming.

Thanks.

I have decided to postpone my purchase of a new PC for the following reasons:

My current 11 year old Windows 10 XPS8500 runs fast, cool and quiet.  Strictly for Office apps.  No gaming.

Current prices for PC hardware are high.

In order to get the hardware combination I am interested in would require a compromise somewhere else in the box: either chip, SSD size, and/or graphics card... unless I was willing to shell out more than I'm willing to pay.

If my current machine dies, I will confiscate my daughter's PC and limp along until I can buy a new one.  Hopefully before that happens things will improve in the market or I'm willing to pay the going rate.
