Hi
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER13329488M/1/BIOS_IMG.rcv
There is a recovery Bios file, and, maybe, also try the previous Bios file to downgrade.

Disconnect power: Remove the AC power cable from the system and press the power button for 10–15 seconds to discharge any residual power.
Access the motherboard: Remove the side panel according to your system’s service manual instructions (usually secured by screws at the rear).
Locate the CMOS jumper: Find the 3-pin CMOS reset jumper on the motherboard (refer to the diagram in the service manual or look near the coin-cell battery).
Move the jumper: The jumper should be on pins 1–2 by default. Move it to pins 2–3 for several seconds, then move it back to pins 1–2.
Reconnect power and test: Reassemble the case, reconnect the power, and power on the system. The BIOS will boot with default settings.
Coin-Cell Battery Reset (Alternative Method)
Remove the AC power: As above, disconnect from the mains and drain residual power.
Remove the battery: Gently pry out the small round coin-cell battery from the motherboard.
Wait: Leave the battery out for 10–15 minutes (or up to an hour for a full reset).
Reinstall: Insert the battery back, reconnect power, and boot the system.
Reconfigure BIOS: Custom settings must be re-entered manually if needed.
