Can I use an RTX4060 with the 360w PSU 6pin PCIe?

My G5 5000 has the 1660 Super in it which is rated at 125w and the 4060 is rated at 115w. This lead me to believe I could run the 4060 and bought one used. Now I see it takes an 8 pin PCIe connector. Should I be ok to use a 6pin to 8pin adapter and assume a more efficient GPU would run as well as the 1660 Super did?
