can i upgrade my rtx 2080 8gb to rtx 5060 8gb on a pre build dell g5 5090 desktop?

my old prebuilt has rtx 2080 as max gpu for the psu i have and i cant change psu since its dell one so im stuck. i was thinking rtx 5060 8gb since it uses even less power than my rtx 2080 is it worth a try? if not or its suspicous let me know
