Can a ssd coexist with an hdd in an inbuilt desktop?
Inspiron 3280 AIO
My Inspiron 3280 AIO is on windows eleven and is currently running very slowly. So I have been thinking to add a ssd with my hdd but, I dont know if an Inbuilt desktop has the capacity to have a ssd alongside a hdd . I dont want the hdd to be removed. The ssd i want to add with my hdd is the Samsung 980 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD

You can use the M.2 slot either for Optane memory or for a PCIe/NVMe SSD (2230 or 22380) along with the hard drive. If you don't have an Optane module, you can install the NVMe drive -- if you do have the Optane module, you will need to remove it.
Note that on most Dell systems when you have both an M.2 SSD and a 2.5" hard drive, the NVMe drive must be the boot device.
